Our facility is equipped to produce a diverse array of labels, including
- Taffeta
Labels are made using polyester threads on the thicker side and the stitches are more spaced out, looking a little bit “pixeled”. One can see the separation of stitches. - Damask / Super Fine Damask
Damask is a reversible figured fabric made of synthetic fibers, with a pattern formed by weaving. Damasks are woven with one warp yarn and one weft yarn, usually with the pattern in a warp-faced satin weave and the ground in a weft-faced weave.
A Superfine Damask label is one made using polyester threads of fine denier and woven tightly together, which results in a strong, soft, high-quality label that is commonly used for anything from brand, and neck labels to decorative labels. - Soft Edge Labels
Superfine Damask labels are cut with ultrasonic technique to produce ultra soft edges. - Tubular Labels
Tubulars are damask labels woven on both sides with special yarns and can also be filled (puffed) giving a unique look
